Development and commencement of sales of the first high-temperature induction electric heaters in Russia for direct heating of vegetable oil and other liquids with increased requirements to the quality of heating and heat load of the boiler. The thermal load of the boiler is 3.3 W / cm2.

2011

Non-contact thyristor control systems are completely refined. Replacement of control devices, switching to power thyristor modules, thyristor coolers replaced, thyristor control method changed.

2012

The design of induction low-temperature electric heaters is changed. The ventilation gaps have been increased, the design of the electrical coils has been changed, the electrical insulation of the heater has been changed, the terminal block has been modified.

2006-2016

Development (in cooperation with partners) of the world's first induction electric heater for the direct heating of natural gas, its certification, testing, design development.

2013

The design of induction high-temperature electric heaters is changed. The efficiency of the thermal insulation of the heating element has been increased, the use of a special highly effective heat-insulating paint has begun in its design, the insulation has become multilayered with a reflective layer.

2014

Development and expansion of the nomenclature of high-temperature induction electric heaters for direct heating of vegetable oil and other liquids with increased requirements to the quality of heating and heat load of the boiler for different oil costs, including those reduced to 1 m3 / h.

2015

The design of high-temperature induction electric heaters for direct heating of vegetable oil and other liquids with increased requirements to the quality of heating and heat load of the boiler has been changed: the diameter of the spirals of the heating element has been enlarged; the hydraulic circuit of the boiler has been changed; the boiler's heat load has been reduced to 2.2 W / cm2.

2016

The control system of high-temperature induction electric heaters for direct heating of vegetable oil and other liquids with increased requirements to the quality of heating and heat load of the boiler has been changed: the microcontroller of emergency situations has been replaced and the emergency temperature control of the boiler is being performed already at six points of the heating element of the boiler.

2016

The first in the world design of an induction heater for direct heating of oil was developed. Successful first tests of this heater were carried out.

2017

WInduction heaters with working pressure of the coolant up to 300 bar are created, manufactured and transferred to the customer. The creation of such heaters makes it possible to expand the field of application of induction heating installations to the high-pressure region.

2018

"Plant induction electric heaters" is constantly improving the design of the induction heater and its control system. The main priorities in this are improving reliability, functionality and ease of use.

According to feedbacks and suggestions from our partners, a lot of design changes and modifications have been made. And this work continues.
