Induction heaters AQUA-ЕТ are designed as heating units to be used in independent heating systems mainly with forced circulation, in hot water supply systems and in high-temperature process heating systems.

Induction electrical heaters were developed as alternative to tubular and electrode heaters. Block of independent heat supply systems (BIHSS)

 

Blocks of independent heat supply systems (BIHSS) are designed for heating of gaseous transfer medium in independent heating systems, in process heating systems etc.... BIHSS includes most components of heat supply system like: induction heaters AQUA ‑ЕТ, circulation pumps: main and stand-by, enclosed expansion vessel, control and switching units, shut-off and control valves.

BIHSS is assembled by highly-qualified specialists and is subject to manufacturing trials thus considerably increasing reliability of the whole set of equipment.

 

BIHSS assures simplified system installation, thus drastically improving system reliability, lower requirements to erection electrician qualification and reduces the risk of error during erection works.

Induction heaters are the next generation of electrical heaters that will replace tubular and electrode heaters. Specific features of induction heating principle as well as AQUA-ET design assure achievement of very high reliability, long service and safety thereof. All this leads to significant decrease of operational costs and reduction of maintenance personnel amount and their lower qualification. BIHSS independence allows to escape expenses on heating networks constructing and operating. Besides, BIHSS can also be controlled from remote PC.

Induction Heater Factory Swaor gmbH produces blocks of independent heat supply systems (BIHSS) with capacity from 15 kW up to 500 kW.

BIHSS basic configuration: induction heater AQUA‑ЕТ, electromechanical or thyristor control system, main and stand-by circulation pumps, enclosed expansion vessel, shut-off and control valves, filters. The block can be additionally completed with anti-scaling kit.
