Currently, the existing plants for heating vegetable oil (in particular, with its deodorization) are two-circuit devices, usually with an intermediate heat exchanger. These units have in their composition a variety of special high-temperature pumps, coolants, heat exchangers, shut-off valves. They are cumbersome, complex in construction and operation. They require a special attention of the staff. Also, the presence of an intermediate heat exchanger reduces the overall efficiency of the installation..

In 2013, our company
developed the first unique high-temperature induction
electric heater for direct heating of vegetable oil. Such
specialized equipment is not offered anywhere in the world.
In the following years, the design of the heater was
processed and perfected in close contact with experts of
creameries. As a result of the accumulation of operating
experience, the improvement of the heater in 2015, a
completely new design was created, which took into account
all the nuances associated with heating such a specific
product as vegetable oil.
At the moment, there is a line of induction heaters for
direct heating of vegetable oil in 100 kW with a three-phase
380 V supply. These induction heaters are designed for
different capacities of vegetable oil plants and excellently
showed themselves during long-term operation.

The induction electric heater
for direct heating of vegetable oil possesses all the
properties inherent in conventional induction electric
heaters: safety, reliability, efficiency (efficiency = 98%),
small size, undemanding to the qualification of maintenance
personnel. In this induction electric heater, it is possible
to heat the vegetable oil to 350 °C. The heating element is
made of stainless steel. The heater is simple, without
unnecessary elements and does not require the use of special
high-temperature coolants.
Advantages of the induction electric heater of direct
heating of vegetable oil in comparison with other existing
constructions are obvious.
